Go for gold!

Gotta love me some gold jewellery. My latest discovery being this double chain by H&M, £10. I don't think anyone can go wrong with a simple gold chain, unless it's bright yellow and cheap looking, you're good to go. You can mix and match this necklace from causal to night. I prefer wearing it when I'm all dressed up as I feel it just adds that simple detailed effect.

Looking for that perfect pink shade? then look no further for i present to you MAC Fast Play (Amplified), £15, it's a bold rosey lip colour which I personally use almost every other day, it's very pigmented and ultra creamy. It's not particularly a natural colour but paired with a simple eye look you have yourself an essence of a classic English look.

Protect the mane.

We all know that we should take care of our hair when it comes to heat and all that jazz, yeah, yeah. But with soo many heat protections sprays out there, you'll find every single hair brand practically has one but I've come across this hair gem recently, TRESemme Heat Defence Styling Spray, £5.25, love using heat stylers well now you can without the fear of those darn split ends haunting you further. by no means will this prevent you ever getting another split ends but it's definitely one of the better products out there that can be used to prevent severe breakage and damage! It's a light spray that doesn't cause you hair to fall unbearably flat or dull. None of that sticky business either. And for the price I don't really think you can go wrong.

Such thing as skin perfection?

L'Oreal Paris Skin Perfection Advanced Correcting Serum, £16.99/$24.99, I would recommend this to those who aren't currently satisfied with their primer or moisturiser and are looking for a product that works effortlessly on it's own or under a foundation. I wouldn't say it's either a moisture or a primer it's sort of a mixture? which can seem like a bonus, although if you have really dry skin that requires extreme moisturising or huge pores that requires an actual primer, then sadly I wouldn't recommend this and if neither apply to you then give it a go and tell me what you think.

this Serum is meant to be applied, twice a day, day and night.

Baby Baby Baby!

Introducing Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balm, £2.99/$2,99, chances are you've already heard of them or even own one.

Sometimes, well most of the time, products raved about tend to be a let down to me personally, but these beauties haven't disappointed, they leave my lips feeling super soft and come in a great range of colours. only negative thing for me would be the packaging, personally I find it quiet cheap looking and childish, well they are cheap so i can't really be complaining. So if you haven't got at least one yet, I'd definitely recommend you get yourself one! these gems are truly amazing.

Farewell oily t-zone.

So I'd just like to take this moment to thank Rimmel for producing such a great powder, Rimmel Clear Complexion Transparent Powder , this is a great powder for daily use, it doesn't make you skin appear cakey or flakey for that matter. You'd need to reapply this once or twice throughout the day but other then that you're good to go. I also like Stay Matte by Rimmel too but oddly I find this one just as good with added benefits of containing natural minerals and did mention I it's super cheap at only £3.99, what's there not to love? win, win!

I use my Bourjois powder brush to apply the powder, £4.99.

Conceal those eyes girl.

I'm always on a look out for a good concealer, mainly for the use for under my eyes, and I've recently come across this one, Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer, £7.99/$14.80. it's anti-fatigue formula is meant to help make you look less tired and more awake, does it deliver? certainly, although it's not exactly a miracle in a bottle, you still need to sleep girl!
swatch time, not to sure if this is much use, but basically it has a creamy consistency which dries off to a near matte finish so I definitely recommend moisturising before application.

what's your holy grail under eye concealer?

Get your bronze on.

Occasionally within these winter months we're left looking more on the pale side of life, well i definitely am, so what better solution then a good old bronzer, the current one I'm loving is the Bobbi Brown Bronzing Powder, £27/$38.

The colour i wear is Golden Light 1, it's a warm matte bronzer that doesn't leave you looking orange!
I use this combination with a Real Techniques Blush brush  £9.99/$9, and boom you produce a great bronzed look.
what's your favourite bronzer?
